Love for thy neighbor lessens greatly when you reside at big cities. I've never seen it happen here in the South. @HecticAussie It's not about helping or not, it's stopping oncoming cars from running him over. Sure, we were taught, not to move the body since bone fractures can splinter out of skin if move. But at least try to talk to the man and stop oncoming traffic.

Love for thy neighbor lessens greatly when you reside at big cities. I've never seen it happen here in the South. Every single time something happens (including myself) you always have more than enough people willing to lend you a hand and help. The phone camera effect is also less in the South with kids opting to help more so than recording the tragedy to post later on media sites. I come from cities that had more than 1 million residents and I speak from having seen it first hand.

I heard about this on the news. They caught the guys in the first car who were with the people in the second car. They were 'black gangstas' who had a car full of drugs and guns (the police found a stash in their 'crib') and they are currently in detention awaiting trial apparently

Not everyone in America would have done this.....the place in the vid was a big city, I happen to not like big cities, they are full of rude stuck up people that don't care about other people. It varies around parts. Then again there are bad people all over, sorry to say that the news reports on the bad ones more than the good, so this is what all other people see of the world.
