Greetings I asked these questions on another channel and got no response....
Maybe you can answer them? What is confusing is these things mentioned in the bible...1# how repentance is mentioned all over the bible,2#The straight and narrow gate,3#Well done good and faithful SERVANT4# and the Luke Warm talked about in Revelations with"your" name being taken out of the book of life.. Answers are greatly appreciated.

Why must salvation be accomplished by either grace or works?
Because it is a matter of both.
Salvation is given only to those who keep God's commandments AND who keep their testimony of Christ.
You took Christ's words out of context because you left out the final words which stated they were workers of iniquity. So Jesus is saying there will be people confessing him as Lord Lord, but who will continue doing evil (sinning).
So Jesus is saying belief will not be enough.

i never knew you,, has noting to do with SIN in that verse, were all siners no matter what born in to it,, only beliving in jesus makes us clean rom 5.1 phs 23 please read that,, but dont forget to belive means more than the way we read it ?
