@beCareffour the 92nd floor is open and only has a 6 foot tall piece of glass so people dont jump or throw stuff off, the 102nd floor is fully enclosed.
@250Trojan Actually 30+ people have commited suicide from jumping off the building. The fencing around the 86th floor was added in the 1947 after a series of people jumped off in a few weeks time.
