@pogodude725 Thats a cover of a Freddie Hubbard tune and the Jack Wilkins version is a sample for A Tribe Called Quest Sucka Nigga. A lot of people dont know, because it wasnt listed as Jack Wilkins, but it was.

There are several different versions of this song; but this is indeed the Jack Wilkins version...... =)

This is as good as it gets with (jazz,R&B,hip hop) fusion. A voice & lyrics like Gil Scott Heron and a tight talented band. They should be getting the hype that seems to just go to acts with FAR FAR less talent, because it's all about looks these days. What a shame!
