  • Thank for the insight. Simple and clever

  • I don't have a med ball, what could I use?

  • you need some form of weight in it. try to use sand or rocks and wrap them in old clothes or sheets. get inventive. you need 2 things: weight, and something to absorb/dissapate the energy of the pack when the weight strikes the wall.

  • @RatedATG Put water in a soccer ball. Trying to help. ahaha.

    We used to put water in football to make them harder and heavier so when the RB would run through with a normal ball it would feel light.

  • @RatedATG i actually use a 33 lb tire it works fine. of course u could use a smaller one. and its rubber so it bounces like a medicine ball

  • thaks for the idea

  • I guess an army laundry bag would work too. Its smaller than the duffle but much stronger than a pillow case

  • i'd double up on the laundry bag though. the duffle bag is designed to get mistreated, slung around, carry alot of weight, all that good stuff. it's made out of a far more durable material, and is usually stiched rather well. the standard army laundry bag is designed to hold clothes. ;;

  • thks

  • good for hooks :>

  • very good idea thanks for uploading man

  • pillow cases work well too
