Altair is #1... master assassin, leader of the order, learned how to use pieces of eden without being consumed, blah blah blah. In gameplay, because Ezio got so much love from Ubi, for the most part, is more intense to play as. I'll admit not having played Rev yet :< but even so, Altair is still my favorite.
