  • Just did this...im dead...

Lest's see the results afer some months of training!

  • everyone should do some Shiit

  • I m not sure if i can keep the steady speed throughout the workout. It's so intense, anyway will try it.

  • This shiit is the shit

  • hi thank u for the video have you notice how many times the comment below appears......at each video

  • i tried this and its intense :) get ready for fire season arizona wildland firefighter :D

  • does this put the afterburn effect into use

  • This training is designated for the legs mostly or am I wrong? Do you have any videos/tips on a HIIT for abs and upper body? Thanks!!

  • Do a Shit bro.

    Burn dem caloreeeeeez

  • is it safe to do this everyday?

  • I feel bad for the people that live under you, and I like the lighting in your before and after. Very non bs.

  • This video was great, until my heart exploded ...and then I took an arrow to the knee too.

  • am i the only one who noticed shit....oh i mean shiit

  • Hey there! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (google it)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my father got great Six pack abs and lost lots of weight with it.

  • Thumps up if you muted ! :D

  • stretching is something I would avoid altogether as you will be using explosive moves in this exercise.

The warm is better if it creates blood flow.

  • HIIT is not for the feint of heart.

You need to be very careful when doing these workouts as you can suffer fatigue and burn out.

To do these types workouts you need a good foundation fitness so I would not recommend these to a beginner.

If you want to do this training it is best to start with circuit work outs and Sprint-8 Intervals as they are both safe to use and beginners can start right away.

    Good video.

  • whats the best routines, how many times should i do this in a week?? do i need to lift weights when doing the workout??

  • @mostillstyle647 2 or 3x a week of this is sufficient

For best results engage in a vigorous resistance training regimen

If you need any good training splits add my facebook...same pushyourlimitsATX at end

  • Hey PushYourLimits, If I were to do HIIT twice a day rather than once would I burn any more fat or would I have similar results?

  • he says 3 times a week in the video, you shouldn't be doing this once a day if you wanna maintain your muscles, but you can do whatever the fuck you wanna do.

  • @BroganWasHere you would but it would have to be different routines

Maybe a plyometric routine in the AM and a routine hitting the heavy bag in the PM

  • funny shiit

  • Will this help to shed a bit of belly fat, and tone up my legs? I have a shapely figure (Hourglass) but when my fat distributes evenly throughout the body, then it starts to target my little 'pouch'. I'm an eighteen year old, female, and would like to tone my stomach. Not more tiny pouch, for confidence and healthy related wellness. Will this help with that (Combined with healthy eating, of course).

  • @WRITEfluidity1 it sure will, high intensity interval training is the best for fatloss...of course diet plays a bigger role

  • @PushYourLimitsATX will avoiding reffined sugars and fast digesting carbs be enough?

  • @Lauxesa matter of fact simple carbs have a time and a place that is beneficial...right after a workout....other times use complex carbs

  • @PushYourLimitsATX oh yeah insulin helps getting back all this glycogen right? thx alot !!

  • will this fuck up my knees?

  • @JCHONDA2NR after a long time jumping might cause some bad knees...use a foam roller at that point for knee rehabilitation therapy

  • take a shiit if you wanna burn fat!

  • great video! im gonna start tomorrow!

  • You're going to burn holes in your carpet climbing that fast haha... good video man.

  • Cool video, cool music, But I really don't like the acronym of "Super High Intensity Interval Training" lol

    Still cool btw

  • it looks easy but it is hardcore exercise. doing it everyday it will burn you up and may cause muscle tear. nice sounds

  • hxc mountain climbers.. lmao

  • it is easy

  • nice vid!

  • that was great....

  • 3 times on week is enough? i try do it every day ;[ wrong? bad? to much?

  • @zelatur you are over training if you do this everyday.....I do it on tues (where I work legs),thurs (where I work back), and sat (full body)...days my legs have already received some work

HIIT is like lifting weights, it creates microtears in the muscle that need to be rebuilt

  • nice i've been doing almost the same thing,

    30s mountain climbers

    30s burpees

30s sprawl jumps ( wrestling sport specific )

    30s jumping knee tucks

30s break, repeat for three rounds of work ( good for combat sports )

  • @SwiftGunzz might as well just run 30 mins of steady state.....I've seen HIIT work best in 9-15 mins actually

  • whats the name of the song?

  • @shadowknight132 full blown chaos....wake the demons

  • @PushYourLimitsATX how many times do you do each one when you do these exercises like how many reps

  • @Garritoification you don't count reps...you do it for time and try to do more reps from workout to workout

Rep number is up to you...just do as many as you can in the allotted time

Get the gymboss interval timer to set your intervals

  • @PushYourLimitsATX o ok thank you so like last nite i did it so tonightt i should try to go for more or should i up it like a week at a time

  • Awesome workout!

  • I was able to do this for 6 minutes and crashed, feeling jittery as hell afterwards. If I need more carbohydrates before the workout, do you think the carbs would interfere with the fat burning process?

  • @SwissShredder carbs are your fuel. Cutting carbs are never the answer unless you want to be a professionalal bodybuilder. Carbs should be 60-65% of your diet

  • great workout! I will be giving this puppy to my bootcampers tonight! :)

  • Should you not be keeping your back vertical for jump squats?

  • @PaddyMacNasty I don't have weight on my back so I don't have to attempt to keep it vertical. I can even round it out and there are no consequences for my form. The intent here is just to wear yourself out as hard as you can, as fast as you can...you can't do that trying concentrate on keeping your back vertical.

  • @PushYourLimitsATX im 6foot 2 373 pounds could this work for me i think it could because i do that running on the floor on get insanity that one move is the one that takes the most out of me could that shrink me up lol

  • @TheVigilantetv1 yea...any of these moves will work...insanity is great if you can afford it

This can be done by anyone...any level....and its easy to remember

  • If I go run and go in fintess every day ,is it possieble to take off belly?I'm not fat but I have lard around stomach/Belly.please help me

  • @MrAndreaspower The belly and love handles are the last place you will lose fat, there are no way to do any spot reduction of bodyfat. Yes running is good cardio to lose bodyfat.

  • ill give it a go!
