I see many misconceptions about who or who not should or could have won the war.

I believe the entire war could have been prevented if the allies would have respondid quick enough. It all started with the taking of the Rhineland or also called Ruhr-area. If measures were taken properly by english and france forces it would have been enough. At that time the German army didn't had the power to take them on both.
