I've been trying to figure it out too...I knew it was a child actor, but I couldn't place him. A google search led me to this post. I've never seen "On The Lot" but that was the piece of info I needed - I googled every name from that show until I found him. His name is Frederick Koehler and he's the kid from Kate & Allie. My husband said it was the kid from Roseanne, but I didn't believe him - and I was right!
