Its actually a very easy and fast recipe. You can keep to octopus at the fridge in a air sealed box for a couple of days, but its recommended to serve fresh.
Looks wonderful, but an hour to prepare one appetizer? Surely there's some prep-and-store work involved. Does the octopus keep for very long after cooking?
