Roland actually is a very handy. Sound is not that bad as people say. I use td-20x and I'm happy and my band happy because we can play at volume we need keeping dynamics - very handy. And great for practicing.

sounds so bad.... td 30 or other models are just goo to trigger some addictive drums or ez superior drummer... my drummer have a td 12 and when i show him what can he do with addictive or ez drummer... he turned off his module.... mouaaaaaahhhhhhhh lool

I think alot of these roland sounds are gimmicky. They should license more real drum sounds and give us more variety of drums like oak, birch, maple,etc.

@femaledeer Roland can't use real drum sounds because this is all synthesis…so if they were to call a drum sound oak, maple or birch..it would only be their interpretation of what they thought a oak, maple, birch kit sounded like...
