Gray Hair at Age 16

I had my first 3 white (forget grey, I'm talking white here) hairs when I was 6! I was colouring my hair until I developed an allergy to PPD. Now I used henna/indigo. Not so great, but at least not toxic.

Well if grey so young, then it's lack of some vitamins in your body, poor diet, etc such as lack of Zinc, iron, etc, and the person should see doctor to fix the grey hair.

diet has close to nothing to do with follicle longevity.

When your hair shall begin to gray is predisposed by genetics. She just go the short end of the stick.

No no, she's not 16, she's had grey hair SINCE she was 16. She's not 16 now. She also says in that video that she hasn't published anything under her own name in the past 20 years, which would certainly make her older than 16.

i was just the other direction....my hair was reddish brown when i was little , but started to go gray when i was sixteen, by age twenty it was mostly gray, and by thirty it was starting to go white, now that im fifty its as white as snow....so hair is strange stuff......i have freckles and birthmarks in odd places too.....we are still both damn fine lookin babes though are'nt we gal !!!
