  • @maitetxularraechea Very interesting video.. And i think your topic that you are writing on is extremely pertinent and should be brought into the public limelight more.. Consider entering this video into a video competition which focusses on India and is called "India Is". Definitely worth checking out.. :)

  • @Shenzo33 Thanks for letting me know! I´ll check it out, whether I submit material or not. Best of luck with that initiative!

  • @maitetxularraechea This video epitomises the fact that India is wherever you are.. Your video is a perfect fit and the competition is all about India. By submitting your video, you will be sharing this with a much larger audience and will show some amazing stuff about India to the world.. Good luck and honestly hope you don't miss out.. Cheers :)

  • @Shenzo33 I did it! I just finished my application. Thank you for letting me know about this festival, that was so nice of you.

  • Still Hinduism is mono aesthetic religion... believing in One God and every thing else is Gods manifestation in Innumerable forms... Muslims are just too dumb to see this, Every thing is Bramha the Paramatma... out of which every thing is born

  • @ajayitis Please don´t call Muslims "Dumb" under my video. Respect if you want to be respected.

  • "..there 33 crore hindu GODs.."

This is what Hindu scriptures says - regarding god:

Yajurveda 32: 3 - "There is no image of Him."Chandogya Upanishad 6:2:1 - "He is One only without second."

Svetasvatara Upanishad 6: 9 - "Of Him there are neither parents nor lord."

Svetasvatara Upanishad 4: 19 - "There is no likeness of Him."

Svetasvatara Upanishad 4: 20 - "His form is not to be seen; no one sees Him with the eye."

  • Yajur Veda 40:8: "All those who worship the uncreated things, they are in

darkness, and you'll enter more into darkness if you worship the created things."

Rig Veda, Vol.8,1:1: "All Praise are to Him alone"

Rig Veda, Vol.6,45:16: "There is only One God, worship Him."

Bhagavat Gita 7:19-21: "All those who do idol worship, All those who worship demigods are materialistic people."

Yajur Veda 3:32: "...Of that God you cannot make any images."

  • @mt340if yes... nutshell of Christianity: Christian worship a cosmic Jewish zombie, who is his own father, who was born of a virgin who can give you eternal life if you symbolical eat and drink his flesh and blood. And then if you telepathically tell him that he is your master, he will remove an evil spirit deep in your soul that every person somehow has, because this naked middle eastern women was convinced by a talking snake to eat a fruit from a magical tree...wow...talk about primitive

  • *sigh* i wish i could be hindu....

  • @cherokeediamond friend, anyone can be....there are no certain things you need to do, pick any sect, pick any deity, pick any tradition...mix it with others....Hinduism is a way of life

  • @flywithmeamerica thank you very much! (: i'm going to try to find a temple nearby now.

  • @cherokeediamond you can hinduism is not a proselytizing religion ( i didnt spell it correctly ) No baptizm (except some kind of vow but i don;t think is neccessary ) You are just sharing their philosophy and view on life and universe.

  • this song should be indian national anthem

  • super rich great hinduisim

  • @bachi411 i am agnostic but i was before in christian churches, i see how both christians and hindus like sing songs to their deities, but in a hindu temple they have a priest who teach the wrong and right things like in christianity? or they not?

  • @kyonsuzumiyakim actually i didnt understand what are you trying to say...u r saying the priest in hindu temple teaches wrong and right things...in realted to what..that what you have to do and what not to do..what is wrong in the religion and hwat is good..

  • @kyonsuzumiyakim No, Hinduism does not have an Authoritative Figure like a Pope or Pastor to lead people, Hinduism is one's own Journey into discovering God, It's just the relationship between you and God, No one else comes in between or criticizes what you do. This is why you are never wrong in whatever way you worship God.

This is the reason there is no one God that one can worship, Hinduism can be equated to Paganism & Wicca, Where you are free to worship an Entire Pantheon of Gods.

  • @forgottenmemories63 Regarding "more than one god". Hinduism is not polytheistic in its intrinsic nature. The precept "ekam sad viprah bahudha vadanti" (That One is called as manifold by the scholars) shows the unified nature of its theological centre. Each person choses the name and form, that he or she prefers and is closer to his or her inner depths. "In whichever form my devotee worships me, in that form I appear to him" Krsna in Bhagavad Gita

  • @forgottenmemories63 Hinduism is nothing like that chicken #### New Age where one cherry picks what one believes and whom one worships,we have standars of worship passed down to us,Wicca is nothing but Gerald's attempt to combine Buddhism with Ancient beliefs, unfortunatly, most so called "Pagans" have nothing in common with the people they purport to be following. They're not right, they're not even wrong when they say they are "Pagans'

  • I love the song they were singing! Though the one i hear is in Tamil. So peaceful. Hehehe (^_^)

  • @MarshmellowFREAK

It was not Tamil, The Language was pure Sanskrit, u can consider it as Hindi. :)

    Tamil is noway like this.

  • @AnyMeMusic Hehe.. I meant the same song i hear in my home is in the Tamil version. =)

  • @MarshmellowFREAK

    Ohh..Now I got U :P :)

  • I was there :) ..

  • this is in maryland ,,i been there ,,

  • glad i watch this video...i want imagine hindu in other country

  • In Temples and churches you mostly see elders or childrens but not so many youngsters.

  • @GrandmasterTigerfist there are only some Mandirs (temples) where you can see this but ONLY at BAPS do you see teens/youths, adults, elders, and children at the Mandir on a daily basis and running the program on the weekends..check it out there are 65 BAPS Mandirs in the US one or more in every state with Major centers in New jersey, Toronto, California, Chicago, and Houston

  • @GrandmasterTigerfist Exactly, thats what caught my interest.

  • I have a question, that hopefully won't be taken offensively as it's not meant to be at all. While I think the indian culture is beautiful, are there "sects" or hinduism that are a bit more Western (mostly in language)?

  • @SpikeEvolution ,

"Shiva Siddhanta Church" (please google ) is one such organization. Most of the monks of the order are American........there books are one of the best ones to know info about Hindusim in general........

Their "lineage" comes from "Tamil Siva Siddhanta"..... most of the literature is in English....

  • @SpikeEvolution yup Isckon, the most famous "Western Hinduism"

  • the ones who beleive in immortally and foollish believe they are more than humans are the ones with egos, not us who don;t beleive in an afterlife

  • @abarrathemaster Now why would you even bring that up? I mean posting an unwarranted anti religion comment on an upload blatantly about Hindus and concerning Hindus has no bearing on you being an arrogant egotist at all. LMAO

  • Hinduism is protected by those blessings of great Sages and Rishis.Nobody cant do anything against it.

    Hinduism survives and win!

    Hinduism is true scientific religion!!

  • Save Hinduism, all Hindus unite, save India, all true Indians unite

  • Comment removed

  • @Manusharma1602

Save Sanatana Dharma. All Hindus of the world unite. The real religon of peace. Om Shanti

  • @vladimirobamaosama

hey man, giving money is not a compulsion. its usually just a donation given by a devotee so that the temple can continue to function. this is what was intended. however, that being said, some corrupt priests over the years have started to demand money- u'll see this happening quite often in india. peace bro

  • @rahul727 oh i know, im hindu....just saying
