Technically, we were all wrong after all. This song is a remix of the Good Egg Galaxy theme, so all the other 'remixes' in this game and the sequel that we thought were of Gusty Garden are actually of Good Egg. So we should be giving Good Egg credit for this song. See where I'm coming from? Go listen to the Good Egg theme. That's logic.

As soon as mario gets the "Welcome to the Galaxy" signal, mario instantly falls in love with this song. The passion is so great, even when a random thwomp came over and squished mario 1,000 times, mario was alive. THIS SONG JUST SCREAMS EPIC! This is definitely the best song in the ENTIRE GALAXY! Unless SMG2 had something better that I missed. But I'm sure this is more epic than SMG2 music.
