At 0:50, dropping a drumstick isn't fail if you are able to keep holding the rhythm and playing. Happends to me all the time so I don't understand why that is a fail, he did a great job to not fall of the rhythm.

I'm not sure why this video was even made, but the Angels and Demons guy recovered nicely. If anything, it shows that he's a good drummer. He didn't lose time, and kept the rhythm going.

That's just part of drumming. Sticks fall from your grip a lot, and things can happen to your kit while you're playing. It's the same for guitar when the strings break.

In the first clip, the mistake is at about 0.17, it's not so much a drumming mistake, more an editing one - the drummer doesn't look like he's drumming to the right beat.

The second mistake (well, first accident): 0.32 half of the drummer's cymbal falls off!

Third mistake (again, this one's an accident): 0.51 the drummer drops his drumstick from his left hand, but quickly grabs another.

In the final clip, it's another accident - the drummer drops his stick.

I really don't get why someone makes a video like this. It's common to the music industrie that mistakes are made. Drummers lose their sticks, cymbals fall over, guitarists drop their picks.

I mean, why make a video dedicated to these things which are just common to playing music ?? It's such a waste of time.

Drummers make mistakes, guitarists make mistakes, thats because they are usually doing something that takes effort. The real good ones go on making it appear nothing happened, because...why would they stop in the middle of a show if a drummer dropped a stick, or a guitarplayer didnt pick a snare, or was a semitone too high on the 32nd note in an incredible solo...
