  • ... Im in Air cadets and i can tell that is wrong...

  • How do u put the cap badge on the beret? :s

  • @MegaKilljoyer mark and poke a hole with a sharp object. push the flash all the way through

  • i did not enjoy the video for one and secondly who taught you how to shape a beret? just to be straight up with you, you should never do another video that is related to forming or shaping berets because honestly that was the shittiest beret shaping ive ever seen in my life

  • Looks like shit. Plus here's a quick tip! Next time you mould it, DON'T get the leather band wet. It will mould and shrink over time, so you will probs need a new beret anyways.

  • it looks like shit.if i were your insturctor i would demote you!!!

  • its to low on his head...

  • At least you know how to shape a beret.

  • Good thanks for that I just got my uniform including my beret and I needed to mould it this is rifleman price from army cadet force 149 signing out

  • 1 im prity sure if u can figure out im not old enough to be in the" real military" u can figure out im from the UK so do me a favour stop talking about the american army and actually talk some sence. 2 i would go an tell standard they r wrong if i knew what it was. 3 in the UK woman arent even aloud on the front line for safety reasons. 4 i am giving out the write information otherwise my beret woudnt look perfectly on my head and i have been told that is how u wear it so stop talking bull.

  • Go higher in the ranks of the cadet program before you post videos like this.

  • jesus shrit no trenche are you a ww1 veteran

  • @NyKoRaVen

Actually it depends on what you're in. Infantry usually has one huge trench. They do that traditionally from when they did fight in trenches so you'll usually get slapped around until you form your beret to match your reg. Though the beret style may change depending on where you are. Some have higher peaks. Some cut the board into a triangle for a steeper fall in the trench. Hell, medics have a double trench. Sig. Ops have no trench. they go for the dome. And in armored they call

  • @AyanaLinval in cadet your not suppose to have trenches period

  • @NyKoRaVen Yes you do, depends on your corps. Im an air cadet, even though we aren't issued berets we wear ours with a trench.

  • @NyKoRaVen

It depends on where you are. Every person I ever served/trained with who was in Cadets prior to joining the forces has had trenches in their berets. It depends on who your senior members are.

  • trenches c*nts, and tell you to get them out of your beret. Depending on your trade you will form your beret differently. I'm a medic, so I got stuck with the hardest one.

  • wait your not suppose to light on fire shit... jk kid your a cdt whothinks he knows everything i querrente i know more ohh btw your suppose to take a shower with it on and let it dry and your liner i know your not suppose to cut it out if they ask say it fel out

  • U have it on too much and it's shaped wrong anyway

  • Im in RCAC :DD

  • too small for his fat head

  • Woooooooooow my beret is way better than that kids and he is like not even lance corporal and he thinks he's the expert?? Lol he's fat too I bet he doesn't have at least bronze fitness

  • @iamawesome3643 you are an idiot

  • WRONG

1ST you put it in hot water rince it then cold water and vice versa.

2ND put it on your head take 2 fingers from your eyebrow then at the top of you 2nd finger that where the bottom of the beret sits then you put cap badge or what ever to your left eye and then put all you can thats left that is sticking up to the right and it should sit half way in the the middle of you ear.

  • @ALPHAWHISKYAF

There is no right or wrong way to do it as long as it works. Many people cut out the liner. Shave their beret on both sides, soak it in cold water overnight, form it to their head by wearing it until it's slightly damp, then sticking it in the freezer over night sitting on a bowl. I've even heard of people putting theirs in the oven to bake the shape in. There is no one "right" way to do it because there is no standard set for shaping, only for wearing.

  • @AyanaLinval ur wrong then because ther is a proper way but many people dont know what it is the cap badge has to over ur left eye, ur beret has to be sittings 2 fingers above ur eyebrows and the sloped part of ut beret has to sit in the middle of ur ear wright against ur ear.

  • @ALPHAWHISKYAF

Did you even read what I wrote? I'm not wrong, I said that there is a standard for how to wear it but there is no standard on how to form it. Everyone does it differently, the only thing that seems to be consistent is that you have to wet it, and that you have to form it while wearing it. Also, it's not two fingers about your eyebrow. It's 2 fingers above your eye, one finger above your eyebrow. Also, the sloped part just has to go towards the right ear, standard says nothing...

  • @AyanaLinval No u didnt u said and i quote "there is no right or wrong way to do it as long as it works" that is not saying "there is a standard for how to wear it." so dont say to me what u THINK because i KNOW how to wear and shape a beret. There is no putting it an over or freezer pish cos that is what it is pish so when u know how to wear and shape a beret then u can tell people how to wear and shape a beret. Another thing it is 2 fingers above ur eyebrow now stop giving ppl faulse info.

  • @ALPHAWHISKYAF

How old are you, like 11? You really need to learn how to read because you're making yourself sound like an ass. "There is no one "right" way to do it because there is no standard set for shaping, only for wearing." There is a standard on how to wear your beret, but there has never been a standard set for shaping it. You obviously DON'T know how to wear your beret because it IS two fingers above your eye. That's the standard, go learn how to read, it's in the dress code.

  • @ALPHAWHISKYAF

Do people a favor and at least pass BMQ before you start telling soldiers who are in the real military how to shape a beret. My CAPTAIN told us that he puts his beret in the freezer, while my Sergeant said he puts his in the oven. So someone who isn't even old enough to qualify for the simplest training should watch his mouth, you're the one giving out false info here. 1 finger above the eyebrow, or 2 fingers above your eye. Go tell standard they're wrong if you want.

  • @ALPHAWHISKYAF

about where the beret has to sit in proportion to your ear because everyone's features are different. Where it comes to again depends on your unit, and your trade. Sig Ops always seem to have it come to the top of their ear, infantry has it come down really far onto the ear as well as the medics.

  • YOU DIDN'T EVEN SHAVE IT!!!!

  • thank man

  • so after your beret is dry you put under your bed or just soak your beret again?

  • omg im in RCAC too :)

  • @yoooooman11 UK mercians r better

  • @badmancal2vmaxman ummmmmmmmmmmmmmm no

  • @yoooooman11 ye
