@1985chrisross I can make one for you, if you supply the parts I can build it for $150 my time. You will need to get an MG42 Parts set from one of the gunsupplies . I have a few places I can get them from. They are pretty pricey though around $500 plus shipping. I will also need your A5 or what ever marker you want to use so I can make the reciever for it. @Krieger91 No, guide. I made mine as I went along. Hopefuly you have a TIG or MIG welder and some good hand tools. Your going to have to make your own reciever from "over head door roller guide channel" You can look online and find the actuall receiever measure meaments for an MG42, copy those to the Channel and use a die grinder and cuttong tool. send me your email and Ill send you pictures of mine so you get an idea.
