I beat the Dunwich building the first time I entered and didn't even realise that those were hallucinations. I just played through it like I did the subway stations: kill and loot every ghoul you see. Lmao, now I just realised that the history of that building is pretty deep.

shame you cant actually play it realisticly like this, y'know, where you can kill ghouls in one shot and you get knocked over regularly and could possibly die. Its either hard mode where it takes a stupid amount of headshots to kill even humans or easy mode where the enemies do hardly any damage and die if the wind blows
