Hey I'm in this video! I'm the guy in the far corner who walks over to the chair and back! They asked him to stop screaming and shouting. but he didn't listen...they said "come with me" and he said no so they took him away in cuffs and well, had he not struggled, his arm would not have broke! lol well and the staff threw the kids elbow up to his head then on the ground. Oh that was an awful sound!!!

There has to be some argument for the other side of this story... Of course, we'll never hear it. This video makes it look pretty clear that the Tax payer employee (Article found indicated DC council cut funds to this program) wanted to just break the kid's arm and needed to slam that kid on the ground softly... sit on him... and put all his weight on his arm! ... what could possibly go wrong with that?

I'm having a hard time figuring this out. A "D.C. youth"? Does that mean Washington, D.C. or is "D.C." an abbreviation for some other term? If he was from Washington D.C., wtf is he doing in a Minnesota facility?

It also looks like they had it all planned to kick the tar out of him. Why else did that fat slob go get a exercise mat? If it was a spontaneous act of violence/disobedience by the youth, there wouldn't have been time to get the mat.

it's DC as in Washington, DC. The city outsources some of its troubled kids to out-of-state centers because it's cheap and easy. the problem is, the city outsources delinquents and kids who become wards of the city (i.e., have bad parents) so the centers treat all kids like they're criminals in training.

and why were all the caretakers fat slobs? there's no way these centers will pay enough salary to find quality staff. it's not about treatment, it's about making money.
