You should try and come to Jersey if you think Guernsey is crap you want to see our Island. Total ruined by the finance and rich English people coming in and buying house just to demolition and rebuild with huge concrete and white paint houses. One of the best beauty spots in the Island was Portelet Bay they have now built a huge 3 blocks of apartments with 5 houses all priced at over £1,000,000. The area is just one huge BLOT on the landscape. Guernsey at least seems to not allow this.

OMG............. did you take this vid Brian....it's like a time warp, but then again it always was...... I have nothing but fond memories of my Guernsey at that time, Elaine Squire and her sis, Dave Polly, Pete Spencer, Barry Guy, Andy Nouquet, et al.... and that's just the class of '72 ....lol
A brief look is all that is needed the rocks are THAT small. Insignificant bunch of rocks.

I have lived in and visited Guernsey over the last 30 years and its been ruined by the banking fraternity and the influx of failed English workers.
The lovely covered market has been replaced by high street crap.
