Instead, I talk about percentages of the pot. That is how virtually all professional poker players determine their bets, taking into consideration other factors such as stack sizes, opponent tendencies or styles and other mostly tournament specific considerations to make slight adjustments.

If you are a good player, you know that there is not a set amount to bet. Every situation calls for a different amount to bet.
