That's the whole problem with people who come on this show: they take the criticism to personally. And that's because they cannot help but to invest, besides the money, their own emotions and feelings into the business. And that's something that everyone should try to avoid.

Once people realize this, Kevin's commentary doesn't seem to be that inappropriate and harsh - it's actually very objective and rational.
