The operator yells at him and he hangs up. He calls back 5 times and the operator says "Stop playing on the phone. I need an adult to be on the phone" since when did it become a requirement to be 18+ to dial 911?? isnt that what firefighters lecture on their visit to elementary schools?? TO DIAL 911?
