I had a hand in that "nothing personal", I started the "Danny Carey....Do a solo!!!" chant which caused all of us in the front rows to chant it loud which caused Maynard to say "nothing personal" and that's when Adam started the Aenema Guitar riff... I was so happy!!!

I hate to burst your bubble, but you and your chant have a 99.9% chance of having nothing to do with why Maynard said that. Maynard said "Nothing Personal," because the song is written about the LA area, and all the morons that live there. Thus the reason for the "Nothing Personal."

Sorry bro, but ur kinda wrong...you were too far back to see but if you were in the front you would notice the expressions on their faces when we started that chant... if you see what ryoxing3 posted earlier you could also get a better understanding...1st of all we werent in l.a. second of all, i've seen them perform in l.a. and maynard has never apologized (in any concert that i've seen them in Cali which has been pretty much all of them)...

I was too far back? LOL! I was 10 yards from the stage, right in the center. Still close enough to see their facial expressions, and still hear this "chant" (which I never heard.) Everyone I've talked to, and apparently a lot of thumbs up, and thumbs down think the same thing. Pomona is most definitely in the LA area, and if it all gets "flushed away," it is definitely going with it.

thanks kitty - I shot this with the same old Samsung I've used at all the concerts I have on film. Its small (easy to hide ;) and does a decent job. I thought this footage came out kinda mediocre, but it was a tough show to get a good angle at.
