@MasterDrops92 Hey mate, I normally do 3 sets of 3 to 5 reps for strength increases. You will have to adjust the difficulty for your level but keep working like that and you'll have it in no time! I rest as much as I feel like I need, normally 30 to 60 seconds. Thanks for watching!
