Whether you like it or not, the US is a freemarket economy. This means that companies can do mostly what they want. Now if people do not buy their products they will fail. Obviously here their product is exceptional. If other countries do not want to buy them for this reason, fine. No one is stopping them, but they do anyway. So if you really find it that offensive, take it up with the purchasers, not the manufacturers. If people do not buy the product, maybe Trijicon will understand.

They have a monopoly and its not only stupid of the company its really stupid. You seem to be stuck in overt capitalism and forget that companies are also players in society. Aus and NZ are miffed with the company mostly cos when high command so to speak found out about this it was shut down. As I have said in every single post, the military purchased it, if they did not look into the product before hand it is their problem. Nor did the mfg do anything wrong, just trying to sell their product.

It depends on how transperant the company was on the issue. It seems that most in the military didn'y know about the Bible verse. you can get a TA01 NSN for about 750, which is in my opinion the best one anyway. I dont like the fiber optic on some Acogs cuz most of us jus tape it over, its too bright durin the day. Also the TA01 NSN allows you do to acount for distance from 100-600 meters better than any onether optic with no manual adjustments. Its well worth the money

I'm buying an ACOG TA26 tomorrow for just that reason. They've issued us M4s with stationary BUIS. I'm getting the ACOG and another member of my platoon is buying an Eotech 512. The ACOG is over twice as expensive as the Eotech but you never have to worry about batteries with an ACOG. I've had an Eotech before(see my videos)and they are really good but the battery thing is whats got me wanting the Trijicon ACOG.
