  • i remember getting this as a little kid. i think i broke it by accident trying to figure out why it didn't move. i still have it...

  • Where does one find the Japanese version for sale?

Alright....my curiosity's peaked....how much did you spend for the American one?

  • @RafealxPhoenix That Japanese one is rare to find at all. The other wasn't much but now since they're in somewhat demand for some weird reason these past few years, they go for a good $50 or so.

  • no america then lol

  • How much did you pay for it? Why not say the price.

  • Cool i want it japance to whats the name x3 of it ... And i still want a real one xD

  • well theres a button on the back of the head that makes it talk or make noises

  • I really want the Japanese one and the American one too with a very cheap price

  • @edralyn1979 Good luck trying to find them.

  • wats the name of the japanese one when you bought it from ebay

  • @edralyn1979 I didn't buy it from ebay. It was from a private seller online.

  • can you tell me pls wht was the name of the japanese ones name when you bought it from ebay

  • i want an action figure of metabee about 7" tall!!!

    plz anyone got one???????????

if yes e-mail me and send me a pic of it!!!!

    thnx in advance

  • I want to make a lifesize Medabot with tinpet and all.. ofcourse it wont function but you get the picture. Someday will make it if I get the right dimensions. (I know Medabee is 48 inch tall)

  • What do they do?

  • @adamomusic Absolutely nothing haha

  • wait so none of the north american ones did anything cuz i was a kid when i got one and i was so pissed when it did nothing

  • @TheArtisticDummie Haha, they just stood there and didn't do anything so yeah.

  • i remember seeing these in shops when i was young but i didnt get them

  • cool i got this =D

  • Uh it didnt get cut off. It finished.

  • only five of the big one but they made all the small one and what digimon do you have

  • @12Blackwing I have 20 digivolving action figures. Not all of them but the ones that mattered most.

  • do you have the small

    medabots

  • @12Blackwing No, I actually don't collect any small figures of the matter. Everything I have is just all Digimon and just these two Metabees.

Apparently the smaller ones are hard to get a hold of. If you think these two are rare, the actual tinpet Medabots are even harder to find but they do exist. I think there are five models in total, two of which are two different versions of Metabee.

  • Awesome :D I wish I could buy them D: Im a big medabot fan too! XD

  • @PichuPikachu100 The American made one is up on ebay right now if you're interested.

  • haha i fell for this crap when i was little i could barely read and seeing this at the toystore i begged my mom to buy it. spent like an hour to build then i was like wtf is this it doesnt even move. well now i wished i kept better care of my toys when i was little so i could see them now. all i have left of my childhood is a few legos and a broken rumble robot. :(

  • @crapola1234567 That sucks. I keep everything I've bought. Opened whatever and put it back in the box. I saw the Japanese version on ebay a few months ago, it was pretty expensive.

I remember when I bought the Japanese Metabee. Medabots was just airing in America at the time and I really wanted one so with no clue I went online, found it but japanese. Being young, I didn't care so I bought it. I was around 14. I didn't learn how to use it up until last year and man, it's awesome technology.

  • new metabee looks like a , old metabee looks bettar

  • the 4 people who disliked this video like Sumilidon more... morons >_>

  • @ShonowtH Haha, well he was a cool medabot regardless of what anyone says.

  • @MakeYourself1987 XD right?

i meant like the same comparison between Sonic and Shadow or Goku and Vegeta...

in case you didnt know that ^-^" i feel stupid

i have to say honestly though, he's pretty low on my list... if you know what i mean...

  • CRAP! i remember these.... cant getem anywhere know

  • @MASTERLUCERO You can find them on ebay but not voice command one. If anything, the tinpets are much more impossible to get a hold of.

  • compare this one is a lot better LOL xD

  • they are making medabots for the ds

  • A grown man collecting kids toys... AWESOME! Haha fooled you huh. I got the regular one along time ago when they still showed the show nd it was kool enough for me. But knowing the jap version can actually move im slightly disappointed haha. =]

  • @articace28 Yeah the japanese one came out way before the american one did. I got my hands on it when the show was airing the first few episodes so I didn't even know if the anime was going to be good or not.

  • I like the original do you have the old model

  • lol, when i clicked on this link i thought it'd be comparing the old armor to the new, (even if the anime IS pretty old), but watching this has helped me laugh at the fact that there are still grown men out there who play with children's toys ....HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH hah hah hahhhh! get over it

  • Just remember you replied here after making your comment about thinking. If there's anything to laugh about, it's your stupidity about laughing at "grown men" who collect things. From the look at your page, you're no older than anyone else who has commented. That is unless you don't consider yourself a man already; jokes on you for thinking.

  • i do consider myself a man, and i don't laugh at people who collect things, for instance; I collect manga, my best friend collects skate boards and together with another friend we collect different types of swords (so far we have 2cutless, 1katana, 1ninjato, and a blade used in kung-fu), what i laugh at is grown men who collect and play with chrildrens toys, if you got offended, I'm not sorry, there is a difference between collecting and not growing up

  • That's nice.

  • the portuguese metabee toy its better.

1st-its almost the real size of a medabot on the anime

2nd-it haves more moves and tecniques

3rd-its haves a virtual vision of the medabot on the medawatch

its really cool and it have more that more that 500 talks

and you can play with him like it was a real friend

    but it cust almost 500$

  • You've got a link of where it's at? I'm interested in seeing this.

  • no because they dont sell it anymore

  • unfortually

  • That sucks. When was this, a few years ago?

  • yes it was

  • Great review and comparison. I love metabots. You know what would be cool? If those toys could actual move more then it those. It would be nice to see it walk and jump, talk, and have like its own intelligence. Now that would be some awesome technology. Definately dude. lol

  • That would be cool. I doubt this would happen during my life time though. Maybe during the actual year Medabots exists in the anime they will. Who knows.

  • lol the japanese box its pink

  • No it's not. It's all white.

  • ok sorry i see it pink

  • well its not that bad at least the voice of metabee its pretty cool.

  • If you know where the japanese versions are with subtitles, let me know. I've been looking around for them.

  • So basicly the American one is just an action figure....

  • Pretty much. America fucked up with this. They should have stuck with the japanese idea.

  • dude ur gay

  • Dammit. Seeing this... I would pay 1000 for one.

  • i really want 1 now

  • The japanese version is up on ebay right now and is going for $149 plus shipping. Kind of pricy in my opinion but they're rare. That's the second one I've seen including my own.

  • I remember these...I had a rokusho version of the american one and I was dissapointed myself. BUT it's nice if you don't mind a robot just standing on your shelf.

  • I wish that they made real ones full sized, all Medabot fans woud love that.

  • That'd be badass. I was thinking of making a full-sized one but it would be motionless. Plus, there's no room in my bedroom to put it.

  • Damn! Then I think I got ripped off! Oh well, what can I do about it now?

  • i would like to buy it from you for 17 dollars i live in new york 73 ontario st port jeff station my zip coud is 11776 i am a hug fan of medabots

  • Read the description. These are NOT for sale.

  • get it in ebay or malaysia

  • dude are you malaysian? ive never seen in any store in kl with metabee before

    :S

  • yah im malaysian they used to sell aot of metabee's in toycity klcc summit and also bangsar shopping mall

  • Really? It's a shame there aren't many left at all. I think that one on ebay is still for sale.

  • well i saw a metabee but ts a model kt going for 500 ringgit with metal parts and a real medal its made out off metal

  • Really? Where do you even live? As childish as it sounds, someday Medabots will exist haha

  • this is a good viedo i like it wish i could have the american medabot i don 't have i want one so bad

  • Where i can buy it?

  • There's one up on ebay right now but it's the english version.

  • What's his height?

  • Like 12 inches.

  • But the robot walking?

  • No, the body is stationary. It rolls with motors like an r/c car.

  • WHERE you BOUY?!?!?!?

  • One was imported from Japan to another state and the other was from ebay. They rarely show up on there. I've been seeing the tinpet style ones on there a lot lately but they're very expensive. Only 5 american ones were made from what I've seen so far.

  • it was so a kick ass show!

  • There's a third season if you're interested. These are what Metabee looks like from the third season anyways. This video's annoying along with my voice lol
