Great really good! One thing I noticed, I think it was the single exercise that bothered me. When you do your stick over stick crossovers, it's supposed to be crossing by the fulcrum. Not hand over hand. Hope this helps in the future

No offence, but I really didnt see you making it at all. Besides the technique, your sound quality wasnt there. On doublr beat when you play 3 on a hand, the last note was softer making a decresendo effect. Your flam inverts are all muffed up and it sounds like you rely on the tension of the head for your fast diddles.
