@Liam22Debono Its called Parkour, you can search youtube for instructions but they worked out, scanned the environment, and found the best place to go crazy!. Hint: Practice the flips on a tramploine first.

@Michael355PARKOUR Really speaking, this would be called "Freerunning." Parkour doesn't involve tricks and flips as such, since it does not help you get from A to B in the most quickest and efficient way possible.
