i was doing a low bar back squat.. looking up would make it harder to come up apparently according to my crossfit trainer... but thanks for the info i'll keep it in mind!
i found out i sprained my acl that day.. which explained why my one knee was caving and why i was in pain... it was from a bjj tourney not to long b4 this video....

When u squat.. u should look up.. It helps to keep yur back straight
