Fact Asma was Killed with out trial in the dead of night while sleeping with her children and the killer was not punished chastise or even given and evil eye. This is recorded in the hadiths.

Well I can continue to argue this point on Asma but really there is no need. The event that you mention is doubtful if it ever had happened according to those alive at the time. The hadith that you are qouting from comes from a weak chain which means it is not accepted by muslims yet it is the fodder that those who know nothing of the isnad and the development of Hadiths. I can't believe Western countries think that imposing sanctions on Sudan is a solution!!! The country is already on the brink of starvation (100,000's have died of famine these last decades), imposing more sanctions, destroying the economy even more will only kill people and change absolutely nothing in Darfur! Al Bashir is a criminal and bringing him to justice is good but it's really not the priority!
