could you please tell me what heat level (low/med/high) I should use while pressure cooking - my cooker doesn't whistle until I turn the heat all the way up, and sometimes that burns the food. Thanks!
Thanks for the wonderful recipe. Can you tell me how can I store raw Lauki in bulk? Can I peel,deseed, cube and freeze it? Bcoz in Japan we can rarely find Lauki.
thanks aunty, it was really good, i tweaked this recipe a little and added onions and tomatoes to my curry..the tomatoes added a nice tang and the onions made the gravy taste richer.
