For example in sequences where it goes

GRY O YRGRY O YRGR etc I need to press the Blue fret on my way up to orange but you just hit the notes you need to cleanly. I assume you tap the high B/O notes in that section? Or just stretch your fingers like crazy (???) o.O

I haven't tried sliding in that kind of sequence, only part I can think of where I use my index for reds/greens is Raining blood's "mosh". Thanks for mentioning it though it'll probably be useful

try jumping more than sliding. Jumping is a bit of a tougher technique since it requires you to know know more of where your hand is than sliding, but it makes those kinds of sections easier to hit.

you have to do it quickly though.

Its not the video, it's the "watch in HD" link that makes it weird and kind of laggy. Type in &fmt=22 at the end of the url and it should play the video without lag. That way always works for me.

different computers give different lag, so it's kinda hard for anyone to help you. i think the offsets on scorehero are + or - the computers lag, if you know what i mean. =)
