The best thing Russians can do, is to neglect completely the GPS and concentrate on their own navigation systems. Now that Glonass has reached 24 satellites in number, they cover 95% of the whole Russian soil and more than 85% of the world. If they install navigation systems in all their equipment, they will be able to communicate and coordinate faster than light.
