the girl pretty much rambles on with a lot of trash words without much substance.. really typical type of debate format that aims to accuse instead of finding out the truth.. he moves the mic because he is frustrated that he doesn't get the opportunity to speak.

全國有六千多個公務員，哪一個有像馬英九一樣私下把公務費用偷偷匯給周美菁，牽托牽得太嚴重了！嚴聖冠就是抓住了這一點，要設個甕然後請馬英九進甕，結果馬英九知道自已是貪污的，所以不敢有什麼保証和承諾。

馬英九根本不敢回答議員的質詢,只好顧左右而言他,甚至傲慢的對議員做人身攻擊. 馬英九說他特別費都用於公務公益. 如今以證明是說謊, 不但把特別費匯給其老婆,女兒及其他私人用途. 沒有用到特別費還全數提領把公款當作自己私人的錢.

馬英九的貪污行為, 其實早有案例, 前台北市捷運局長齊寶錚因將特別費拿去繳私人水電費,最後被高等法院判處12年有期徒刑. 有趣的是, 他竟說要以競選總統來證明自己的清白, 其實,他是想藉選上總統後有司法免責權來逃避自己的刑事責任. 馬英九說謊連篇,根本就是宋楚瑜興票案的翻版.
