The crosses and zig zag was put in in place of doing the jab uppercuts on the other side. A lot of instructors that I know that are using the round 17 finale have done some form of the "one on one battle". I've gotten a lot of great responses with the partnering up because they like the feeling of challenging one another.

Is the boxing in front of each other or part of that round? Are you allowed to do that in Turbo? It's a good idea to get them to actually cross.
