I have been lucky enough to attend Laura's yoga classes in Portland. She is my favorite yoga instructor of all time. She is loving and inspiring. Her classes are as difficult as you want to make them, always with a lighthearted twist. I ALWAYS feel better when I walk out of Laura's class, and can't wait to get her DVD.
