Yeahhh well when Kidd went to the finals, the East was 10 times weaker than it is now. Lemme know when Kidd wins that first championship, and until then I'll still consider Nash a better player

Because he was playing behind Jason Kidd and Kevin Johnson(oh yeah and Sam Cassell) genius. Why did the Mavs play so much better with Nash than with Kidd??? Hell, Dirk's best years were with no real point guard or legitimate allstar. Think about it slick.

Nash may shoot better, be 2-Time MVP and more exciting, but Kidd plays better D, went to the finals twice and can get 10+ assists at any tempo.

when Kidd and Nash were in the same team who was better? I remember Kidd averaging 10 assists 13 points. Nash averages the worst in the whole season
