@MrMarcocaofanhua japanese are classfied into northern asian and that's why it's no wonder you can see 2m japanese people on the street. however, basketball is not popular at all and it is only for fun in japan. baseball, football and sumo are top 3 sports in japan. as me japanese basketman, it is sad, but I believe japan has a potential about basketball too.
