Yes, I certainly agree. Rashid khan's singing is very very far beyond reach of the talat aziz. Talat is very lucky to share the same stage as ustadji...though he is as good as audience.
Ustad Rashid is Amazing. I have so much respect for him, ghulam ali, and jagjit. Talat is good but, he can never be jagjit or ghulam. He doesn't have that same feeling in his voice. Jagjit almost makes me feel like iam in the same situation as the person in the song while talat is justgood to listen to. I love talat's respect for Ustad Rashid. Howhe was praising and listening to him. I love Ustad rashid and will .listen to him till he quits which i hope is never. Same with jagjit.
In fact few years back Rashid Khan shared stage with Jagjit Singh. Jagjitji is more experienced and never tried to get into raagdari. Rather he focussed on his strengths. And both were excellent.
@avijitdhr J.S. can afford to sing classical because of his rich voice, training, experience and elongated daily 'riyaaz' sessions.. but Talat Aziz? .. I mean.. Let's be honest. With due respect I would say that Talat lags behind in every aspect.

You see the difference immediatly. At first when Talatji is doing his alap and rashid khan is still tunning his swarmandal. Then Talat ji sings the komal Ni, guess what, its flat, hindi meain " swar kaccha tha" and then right after that rasid khan starts with ending at komal Ni and he nails it. No comparison. Rashid khan is too good for Talatji. Abhyas bai abhyas. Even krishna says in Bhagavat gita "Avhyas tais tastu kounteya" By practise!
