I just find it kind of funny that they are called, "Am i Blood" (Am i Evil) their songs are called War of My Misery, (My Friend of Misery) The Saddest Grief, (Sad But True) The One Who Forgives, (The Unforgiven) and Supremecy of Failure, (The God that Failed). Not saying that they are ripping off Metallica, or that the songs sound anything like their Metallica counterparts. It's just kind of coincedental. That being said, they sound wicked!

This song sounds more like CKY than Metallica. Sure Janne's voice is sorta similar to James', but at the same time his vocal pattern on this song closely mimics Deron's style of singing. Still that doesn't mean that they ripped off either artist. Not everything can be completely original. I mean there are only so many notes can be used.
