If I Where those cops after the suspect dropped the gun, I would have went over there and shot him again in the other leg, both arms them pepper sprayed the wounds and then jerked his arms back in an unatural way and cuffed him in that position and applied extreme pressure on all the wounds until medics arrived. It was court's and legal system's duty then to find out the level of guilt, and punish accordingly. Which for this bastard in my opinion death is fair punishment. There is no doubt in his real and dangerous attempts to kill, so his punishment should be the same even though he didn't succeed in killing.

i am currently enrolled at a college and am pursuing my degree in criminal justice. anywhere in new england, you need to be a citizen, have a high school diploma or GED, as well as a minimum of a 2 year degree in college. for new hampshire it is 4 years. FBI u need a master's. lawyer you need at least a master's. sometimes it doesnt say so on applications, but believe me, all 11 of my proffessors are police officers/agents

To win against cops in a gun battle. Have military training in urban combat. Cops arent trained to handle combat ready veterans. Second is to always overtake them. A cops first reaction in a gun battle is to gain cover. Overtake there cover a pacify the cop. these lonestar states have many police without automatic rifles. Overtaking an officer with a hangun can be quit easy with an assualt rifle if stategics are used. Just know what your doing and watch your back

What really happend was their were four teens inside the truck. 1 boy had a gun he shot the cops arm,and fired at 2 other cops. than another cop comes and shoots the kid. In the head,but the kid was still alive,so than he shot the kid from under the car,the bullet hit his stomach. But he he was okay after wards,they all went to juvie. ;)
