what the hell are you talking about? wow i was first taught how to safely handle a weapon at 9. there's thousands of homes in Canada the USA and other countries where kids are taught this. there's a big divide between showing a child how to properly use a gun for things like hunting or competition and the child soldiers in Africa and other places.
