Not entirely true.

I had a match once on a custom stage, and there was one REALLY high platform that was impossible to get to unless you were launched.

So, i let myself get launched and sat back to watch the lv 9's fight.

They walked back and forth and did nothing. they must have been only focusing on me or something. i wasn't in first place either.

Also, Pikachu learned ExtremeSpeed!

The level 9 computers go for the human players. When the human players are gone, they then fight each other... or that is so on my copy of Brawl.
