@TheEtherable Ur lucky lol :D I actually want the mercenary one, i dont really like the primeval so much, and the grizled veteran (the one i got) is too shiny, and give away ur position too easy in dark areas as demoman (it is on the chest on him).

Btw Great tutorial, this is one of the best ive seen (wish i could make vids like that) Great music choice( got it on my ipod now :D) and great gameplay, u act as u knew the game from the beginning in 07/the old school boys :D This deserves a sub

@TheSquarePiggy They are two completely different weapons so it just depends what you want to use.

@TheSquarePiggy The Shield is For when you want to melee people (Like Heavies or Soldiers) and kill them in one hit. The Scottish Resistance is when you want to defend. Basicully, Use the Screen when attacking and Scottish Res. when defending. But, you cant compare those two. A Charge vs a Projectile. lol idk.

@sh0rie You have to edit your FOV (field of view). There's an option in the tf2 settings floating around somewhere. There's also a console command but I don't remember what that is... google it :p

@sh0rie In the Advanced Options tab there is an option called Viewmodel FOV. Smaller number means the weapon appears closer to you and pokes out less, bigger number makes it stick out more but appear smaller.

The Common Man's guide to Demoman: As soon as you spawn, switch to sticky launcher. It's the only weapon you should ever use ever.

A Good Player's Guide to Demoman: Use your grenade launcher. Your sticky launcher is mainly for defense purposes. Don't abuse the 12 explosives Demoman has at one time.

@finalfantasy50 Strafing just means moving sideways with the "a" and "d" keys. Air strafing is when you move side to side in the air. You do this in the air by holding one strafe key while slowly turning your mouse in that direction.

You are a noob:

1. Shot stickies or grenades at point blank (enemies with melee) is not a good idea 99% of demoman are doing that and that will happen:

You take damage, Knockback will eventually pushes you into a wall, you have low health, and then, DED!

2. You are a Spamoman, not a Demoman, its a noob way to kill enemies, doing precise shots is much more effective than spam around corner like retarded.

@KingBrookfield 1. I explained in the video, that it is necessary to do that when pressured by enemies nearby and that you will take damage and in some cases will die as a result.

2. I explained that spamming stickies is a fairly easy way to damage enemies, and does not require too much skill. Whether you like it or not, spamming stickies can gain people lots of kills in pub games without much effort. I explained some precision stuff in my second video; this was basic stuff.

@TheEtherable You can play 300 years and still be a newbie. Noob is a whole diffrent thing from newbie. You got what he mean so pointing out his grammatical faults doesn't make sense as long as the comment is readable. You've got to admit you do shoot mindlessly (or at least were shooting) with the sticky launcher at people. Look at that pyro at 4:05, you shot at him point blank, without any movement correction. If it landed closer to that pyro, it would do more damage, thus helping more.

@KingBrookfield You're correct about the first thing, but the second thing oh man are you incorrect. You can watch any good/pro demoman and you will find that demoman is most effective as a spam class/trap class. Without aiming a demoman can shoot stickies/rollers from long range and effectively deal out ridiculous damage. Any good demo will tell you, if you can't hit 3/4 pipes, don't rely on them until you can.
