He is so chill i love it. Even though he is second to Michael Phelps and doesn't get that much media attention, i still feel like the he the greatest swimmer out there. I love his happy go luck attitude about life. If i were to spend a day with Lochte or Phelps i would pick Lochte in a heart beat because i know i will have a blast hanging out with him.
