  • thank you for this video! i love your blog and vids, you're inspiring : ) if you don't like drinking plain water, have you tried green tea? lots of antioxidants and other benefits, they have different flavors, you can drink it cold/hot and it tastes fine with just a little honey : )

  • I stopped drinking, juices and sodas too!! I also stopped eating bread and lost 15lbs! water all day is hard to drink but I drink about 32oz a day trying to do better tho, thank for the vid

  • @MyPureBeauty10 I fasted for 21days, I only ate fresh fruits and vegs drank only water and V8 Low Sodium...Finally back to my pre baby weight! After the fast I slowly introduced fish back into my diet...I seldom eat the things that made me plump in the first place..lol But u r so right about belly fat and sugars, 1st place I gain weight is my midsection! I dont have a six pack but I lost alot of inches around my waist

  • they say the best vitamin to take is a prenatal vitamin...i just have a doc to prescribe them to me instead of purchasing them from the store...the ones from the store u have to take twice a day versus the one from the doc
