And we Swedes refer to our country as "Mother Svea" occasionally, so having Sweden as a female in the manga/anime would have been more correct. Then again, it would also have been more correct to make Finland waaaaaaay manlier in that case. Finns are the definition of manly. (My opinion)

@DarkMind95: Eh? Fangirls will slash any characters in anime. There are a lot of fanon (fan-made) relationships in APH. They're not canon (true to the source), no. In the anime Sweden's in love with Finland but Finland's feelings for Sweden are unknown. He has mixed feelings about him as a person of course, but we don't know whether these feelings ever stop being platonic. But since there's nothing to PREVENT them from being a couple (such as strong dislike) fans go crazy for this pairing. ;)

In this case it's probably taken from Berwaldhallen in Stockholm. (Located near Oxenstierngatan)

Well first one I came up with is "Joutsenlaulu" (you can listen it in youtube by that name) and in english it's called "Swansong".

Even if the english translate sounds very sad, it has beautiful lyrics in finnish, since some finnish words are impossible to translate in english.

It's not really a hit in Finland but everyone just seems to know it. So yeah... it's a real folksong.
