@TeenyTiny945 i agree, and disagree with what you said. if you follow the same routine over and over again, yes you are going to hit a wall. however, i don't see anything wrong with his spotter helping him a little because there are no hazards. in the same sense, when you're already as muscular as these guys are it's more important to keep recruiting fast twitch muscles for explosion than mass building. that's why if you can't bust out the rep with 80% of your max power, then it's a useless rep.
