In July 2010, YouTube announced that it had launched a range of videos in 4K format, which allows a resolution of up to 4096x3072 pixels. ~From Wikipedia
@wisnu1231 I think you should stick to playing the piano or playing fs9. Either way until you put up a video landing in Sucre, im afraid you don't know what you're talking about.
@wisnu1231 you are right.. The approach at Toncontin is much more challenging and dangerous with a significantly shorter runway. Sucre uses a basic straight in approach and has plenty of runway to work with. whereas toncontin requires a sharp left turn to intercept the runway about 2 miles approx from the runway.Toncontin was listed as the second most extreme airport. Sucre did not even make the top 10. Its very difficult to understand why marcanthonystorm thinks this airport is more extreme.
@edbern007 perhaps its because of the approach. The correct approach is coming in off the mountains with the terminals on the right side of the plane. The approach is steep and the runway has an uneven grade to it. Check out the real life videos to see and also try it yourself and then you will understand.
@marcanthonystorm I've seen Sucre videos before. challenging, not extreme. The approach descent is not steep. Yes there is a mountain in front.. so does Toncontin and requires a more difficult approach. The short runway adds to the difficulty and the pilot must land in the touchdown zone. At the end of the runway is a cliff. Overshooting the runway is more likely at Toncontin than at Sucre and way less survivable based on facts & historical events. All these factors you need to consider.
@TeamLeftmatch777 If the airport has ILS you have to click on DEP/ARR in the FMC. Choose the runway that is given to you to land on then press execute. From there also go into maps in the pull down menu and magnify the rnwy your landing at and click on the runway and you will get a frequency number for that runway, like 109.75 for example. Then take that number and enter it on the instrument panel. By default you should see a 113.70, I think, in the panel so replace with the correct frequency
@airberlinistanbul1 Its a difficult landing and if you touch down late you will over run the runway and that will be the end of that. Thank you for watching.
@FlightSimulationHD If you mean I wasn't flying well, I'm getting use to using a real Yoke and throttle quadrant if you mean approaching from the other end of runway the tower gave me that approach and runway. Thank you for comment.
@marcanthonystorm Nothing to do with the flying mate - just the approach. You know the one where you come in from 9 o'clock of the airport and turn at the last minute. lol
How do you get such a realistic runway?

why the runway is like ramp? can you tell me name?
HKS134 9 months ago
That's one hell of an approach. That displaced threshold is so long! Maybe it's because of the ridge before the runway?

It's FSX Or X-Plane?

@a44977 FSX. Quality Wings only makes planes for FSX.
